Alyssa is a service designer, researcher, and strategist focused on ensuring systems and experiences work for the people who engage with them. She specializes in co-design, mixed methods research, and facilitation.
Currently, she’s a Principal Service Designer at The College Board.
Over the last 10 years she’s worked at or with: the US Digital Service; Reboot, Smashing Ideas, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, USAID, and Orbis International, among others.
She holds an MFA in Transdisciplinary Design from Parsons School of Design and an Honors BS in Community & International Development from the University of Vermont.
